Once again the Tejano Conjunto Festival was a success with bands from all over the U.S. and the world congregating together to jam for a whole week at Rosdale Park In San Antonio, Texas. Some of Texas finest accordion players with such diverse styles as Ruben Vela, Flaco Jimenez, to the lightning rifts of Esteban Jordan, gave an unforgettable performance. The Tejano Conjunto Festival was dedicated to the great Valerio Longoria. Click on the Texas neon sign below to take a look. I took the picture of the neon sign at the Pan American Flea Market on Southcross and Commission Avenue in San Antonio while witnessing a brilliant performance by no other than the great accordion player Angel Flores.
